Booking Policies

Deposit & Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your slot is not held until the deposit is received.

The remaining balance is due before your service begins.

Payment details are provided at booking confirmation.

For group bookings, you are responsible for collecting payments from your party. Yovi is paid in full — not per person.

Sending your deposit constitutes full acceptance of these policies and terms.

Lateness Policy

Your time is respected here — and so is everyone else's.

A $10 fee applies for every 15 minutes of lateness. If you arrive late, your service time may be adjusted to avoid impacting subsequent appointments.

If you are running behind, please communicate as early as possible. Yovi will always do her best to accommodate where she can.

Cancellations & Schedule Changes

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances except one: if a cancellation is initiated by Yovi's Beauty Beats and you choose not to proceed, your deposit will be refunded in full.

This is the only circumstance under which a deposit refund is issued.

If you need to reschedule, please reach out as early as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

Refunds on Completed Services

Refunds are not offered on services already rendered.

If you have a concern about your experience, please raise it before leaving the appointment so it can be addressed in the moment.

Yovi takes pride in her work and takes every concern seriously. Your satisfaction matters — but it must be communicated at the time of service.

Travel & On-Location Services

On-location services are available for select occasions only and are not available for every request. Travel availability is confirmed during booking.

Beauty Beyond Borders starts at $230 per person. On Set with Yovi starts at $600 for a half day.

All tolls and parking fees are the client's responsibility. These are not included in any quoted rate. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee on-location service.

Skin Allergies & Health Disclosures

All known skin allergies, sensitivities, and relevant health conditions must be disclosed prior to your appointment.

Yovi works with professional-grade products and takes every precaution. However, she cannot be held responsible for reactions arising from undisclosed allergies or conditions.

If you are unsure about a product or ingredient, ask before your appointment. Your safety is the priority and your transparency makes it possible.

Bridal Bookings

Bridal bookings are governed by a separate bridal contract and carry their own policies for deposit, cancellation, travel, and party minimums.

Bridal slots fill quickly. The earlier you reach out, the better your chances of securing your preferred date.

Photography & Likeness

Yovi's Beauty Beats reserves the right to photograph completed work for portfolio and promotional use unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the appointment. No identifying information will be shared without explicit consent. If you prefer your look not be featured in any capacity, let Yovi know before your session begins.

Right to Refuse Service

Yovi's Beauty Beats reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time, including but not limited to disrespectful conduct, undisclosed health concerns, or circumstances that compromise the safety or integrity of the experience. Deposits will not be refunded in cases of service refusal due to client conduct.

Liability

By booking a service with Yovi's Beauty Beats, the client agrees that Yovi's Beauty Beats is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies or pre-existing skin conditions. All products used are professional-grade and industry-standard. The client assumes responsibility for disclosing all relevant health information prior to service.

Appointment Confirmation

Submitting a booking inquiry does not confirm your appointment. Your appointment is only confirmed once your deposit has been received and acknowledged by Yovi's Beauty Beats. You will receive confirmation directly from Yovi via the contact method provided in your inquiry.
